« Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Cranberry cottage, tucked away on a private wooded lane with walking access to the rocky shore. The house is spacious and lovely. Anne's recommendations were spot-on, from restaurants to hikes, and she responded promptly to a couple minor issues on arrival (finicky dishwasher, fixed very quickly.) Southwest Harbor is a lovely town, and even on the "quiet side," everything we wanted to do on the island was no more than 20-30 min away. Wished we could have...

« Our cottage was absolutely perfect for our family. The thoughtful touches such as the games, travel coffee mugs and well stocked fire pit and activity closet make this rental stand out against all the others. The whole property was spotless and beautiful. Conveniently located to the park and some excellent lobster rolls. I cannot say enough good things. « I had down research before booking my trip and was disappointed that lodging in Bar Harbor was booked up so I had to look further out. I’m so glad it turned out how it did! This was so much better. Bar Harbor was crowded and touristy and a little kitschy. This cottage was located in a quiet location where you can sit on your porch and listen to the birds and tree rustling and look out at the stars. « Very nice, clean, well stocked house. Roomy enough for a large family. Amazing location literally steps away from the trails of Acadia National Park. We hiked Cadillac Mountain and the coastal trail by connecting through the trail that begins just down the street from the house. »
