The entire hotel is outdated, including our room. Our room was disgusting, mold around the tub, carpet was well worn, the window sill was filthy and on the ceiling, there were large water stains. We were in room #406. We stayed there this time last year, but never again.

On the web site it show a hut tub and a pool there was no hot tub and the pool was down in the room there is mold on the walls and it was dirty

No hot water in sink. Limited breakfast. Nothing for gluten intolerant stayers. Hard to find a guest representative. This is a dry county so if you’re looking for a lounge or restaurant that serves alcohol, this is not tge place. However the beds were fantastic.

No bread for toast, staff brought some out. Boiled eggs were overcooked. No vending machines on 3rd floor (as the in-room hotel guide said) & ice machine was broken. Hotel was quiet & clean, staff were friendly. My husband & I like Quality Inn & will seek them out when we’re traveling.

The room was quiet and the hotel itself was quiet. We did however have several reservations about this hotel stay: 1 - we were there for 4 nights & we had to request housekeeping on the 3rd day to get fresh towels & the trash cans emptied. 2 - Breakfast was subpar - only hot food was the self-serve waffle maker, no milk & cereal for 2 days, no hot cocoa, only black tea available, and lights were off in the dining area during breakfast hours 3 - Carpet in the rooms did not look vacuumed, there was debris in random areas. Just because the price is lower than neighboring hotels, I will not be visiting this Quality Inn again in the future.

The room was not clean. The bathroom had poop on the seat and all over the inside. The shower was dirty and looked like it had not been clean.The shampoo and conditioner both had built up soap scum around them. The heater/air conditioner had black stuff all over the top of it.

Check-in was easy and my front desk person was polite and helpful and that's always good, no problems with the front desk staff on check-in or check-out. The room, however was in bad shape. From stains on the headboard, damaged furniture, poorly repaired ceiling leaks, blistered wallpaper and a bathroom that badly needed some attention. I understand that hotel rooms are somewhat of a commodity and the rate reflects supply and demand on any given day but I stayed at 4 other hotels on my trip and they were all in better shape and more affordable.

Great place stayed here before when I broke down. Good for the price my only complaint is the fan in bathroom needed to be replaced because it was so loud but you only use it for a few minutes at time no biggie. People are nice it’s quiet and close to walking for meals.

Our room was spacious, beds were horrific, pillows were hard as trying to sleep on a rock, no curtains on window to draw to keep the 24 hour service station lights out of the room. It was a miserable night for sure!! The breakfast was ok. Had no bread for toast. It was just not what we expected at all. We won’t be staying in another QUALITY for sure.

I don't know how this place has an average of 7.8/10. It was fine enough for an overnight stay, but for the price it's was sketchier than I expected, as was the surrounding area. I don't know if a bunch of bulbs burned out, the lighting in the lobby and breakfast area was awful. Also, though the hotel website has a reference to a hot tub and pool, there's no hot tub. The bed pillows were like 12" square couch-type pillows. At least the bed itself was comfortable and there were no bedbugs on the mattresses.

We did call the property for late checkout before booking and they said yes, after we booked our stay and went over there, they didn’t allow us for late checkout. The cleaning staff were too rude and were asking us to leave immediately and they also used bad language.

Big ruts in driveway up to hotel from semis parked in lot next door. Lobby was clean, older, good smell. Nice customer service at front desk. Computer system wouldn't take reservation from Expedia. Staff had to get help from off-site to fix. Late at night arrival from driving all day. Public areas - hallway carpet was dirty, walls banged up. Room appeared clean, but after unpacking everything, when washing hands we discovered there was no connecting pipe from sink to the trap! Water all over floor. Had to repack, and get another room. How did they clean bathroom if no drain for water? 2nd room carpet clean as was room. But caulk around tub was nasty, big globs of it, wallpaper bubbled at wall corners, toilet loose of floor. Would definitely not recommend to stay unless desperate. And at $130 for the night. Very, very disappointing.

Hotel room was not totally pleasing. There were no shower hand supports and the shower handle was loose on the valve stem. The bathroom light had a single switch which also activated the blower fan. The fan motor was unusually loud in operation(irritating). The toilet handle chain was not adjusted properly allowing it to get caught under the flapper and allow water to continue to flow into the bowl. Breakfast food was good although no fresh fruit was provided.
