In the commune of Corbara, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you for rent this charming 55 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A 5 m² west-facing balcony ² with furniture.  
\- A 13 m² terrace with a 180° view and furniture for enjoying fine weather.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Corbara, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

\- Beach less than 10 minutes away by car  
\- Listed church, museum and convent in the village.

Di Mezzu "Le logement est bien placé, dans un très joli village. Un café restaurant à proximité bon et agréable. Le logement ne convient pas à des familles avec des enfants en bas âge car il y a des escaliers pour accéder au logement et dans le logement. Ceux qui permettent d’accéder a l’étage sont très raides. Le logement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée: sol non aspiré et non serpillé, toiles d’araignée sous les fauteuils, cheveux partout…nous avons passé 1 heure à nettoyer à 4 pour nous y sentir a l’aise. Il y a également peu de vaisselle disponible et pas de torchons ni de tapis de bain mis à disposition. Un élément non spécifié dans l’annonce a quand une énorme importance : un coq chante tous les matins vers 5h30 sous la fenêtre de la chambre, à environ 2 mètres !!! Oubliez les grasses mâtinées! Ce n’est pas un bon rapport qualité / prix, logement trop cher."

Di Mezzu "Hervé nous a très agréablement reçu et est de très bon conseil Le village est plein de charme et géographiquement bien situé. L’appartement est plutôt vétuste (sauf la clim). Dans la cuisine pas un seul couteau qui coupe mais plusieurs rouillés. Pas un seul torchon à disposition. L’isolation notamment phonique du logement étant inexistante, il faut savoir apprécier le voisinage…. ainsi que le chant du coq à 5h tous les matins sous la fenêtre de la chambre. La literie est bonne, ce qui n’est pas le cas des oreillers. Bref pour nous le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas"
