This rental is located on floor 4. Ski shuttle details: The copper shuttle will take you to east or west Village Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Although, we couldn’t get the remotes to work on the tv’s, some dead buttons, baseboard heater in bedroom didn’t turn on. Loved despite these things, watched tv on iPad. Also when we arrived by transfers, checked in at the office, were told to come back in 2 hours. We had 2 ski bags, 2 suitcases, 3 personal items stacked in the snow outside the office. We had sent an email to the office to clarify these details, and were told they didn’t respond because there were no accommodations such as storage of luggage or early check in. If we had received a response, we could have have made other arrangements. Fortunately, our condo was ready early and we dragged our luggage there. It could have been a very cold wait.
