Overall it was clean and quiet and it’s nice to have garage parking. I notified the front desk. They fixed the fridge the following day, but all the food we brought had already spoiled. They never fixed the coffee pot so we couldnt make coffee the whole time. Our window didn’t have a screen, which I also told the front desk. We had gnats and a wasp in our room the whole time, and had to keep the window open because there isn’t air conditioning. We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the room and the management’s lack of caring. It’s so close to the village and ski lifts, about 5-8 min walk. The rooms say kitchenette but really do have a full size appliances. The hot tub facility is very nice. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need. Great place to stay with a group of friends or family. Onsite parking is great. And the fact that you can use the athletic club and spa is perfect! We checked out of our hotel and skied all day and got to hit the spa for a shower before catching a red eye. It was fantastic. This is where I would stay when I come back to Copper. The only downside really was the lack of information before we arrive. Sport equipment and pool are available for free access at the lodging check-in building. A dishwasher that sounded like a jet. A carpet full of stains and patches. Formica everywhere. The murphy bed is only 3 feet from the fridge. Everytime the fridge starts, it wakes you up. At least the dishes and linens were clean. During our entire stay, nobody came in to make our bed or change our towels.
