My husband and older son went skiing for Spring Break. We typically all go every year but my younger son broke his foot so we stayed back. He said this would have been a little tight with all four of us and it was a little further than he thought to the lifts but was very happy with the cleanliness and it worked great for the 2 of them. He said if you were to use the outside room for sleeping- it might be a good idea to have an electric space heater as it was like 45 out there and it is listed as a potential sleeping option.
