Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Not as big as the pictures make it look. The bathroom is tiny, and there’s no cable. Communication with the management company was poor, we intially reached out about toiletries and finally heard back two days later. We were offered late check out for a fee of course and was later cancelled and of course the management company couldn’t do anything about it. All while the apt was vacant that day, could’ve been an easy fix. My advice is rent a property where there is accountability and someone you can speak to directly. The place wasn’t worth the nightly rate and all the extra add on fees. ##### Oscar G. Thankfully, the laundry is across the hall from the apartment - it was 3 steps to it so that was a huge help as we always have stayed with in-condo laundry. This was almost as good. I appreciated getting responses quickly from vacasa. We've never used them before. We thought it was strange we weren't allowed to use the ski locker.
