Located in the heart of Center Village, Passage Point is a short walk to the main lifts for the Resort. Passage Point is loaded with amenities and comes complete with one spot in the underground parking garage, ski locker to store your gear, exercise room, 3 common outdoor hot tubs and a sauna, and shuttle service right in front of the building. Unit 326 is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo complete with full kitchen, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV in the living room and complimentary WIFI in room. Bedding goes King bed in the master bedroom, KING sized sofa sleeper in the living room and additional Twin air mattress. Views of Center Village and the surrounding mountains can be seen from the deck. Common laundry facilities are located in the building. Please note: This property comes with one parking space in the attached garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the North Alpine Lot for $20 per night. But lacked any and all cooking preparation staples you would expect in a rental unit, such as cooking oil, salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, filters, Parmesan cheese, etc. Overall great stay and experience. Having to go to rental office in neighboring town to check in and out was a hassle. The cleanliness of the unit was not good. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, just a normal sheet that kept coming off the matress. The bed sheets on the bed when I arrived had red stains on them. The blanket on the bed had so much static electricity in it when you moved it you could see the sparks. It had to be taken off to sleep. When the sofa bed was opened it was obvious no one had cleaned under it in a long time. I even found a remote control for something under it.
