The location was great, but the directions, key pad, lights, TV’s, toilets, heaters and no hot water in the Master shower did not work. We called the maintance line 4 times pleading for help. No one ever called or came to fix the issues. After spending almost 10000.00 a night I was so upset it put me in the worst mood and after traveling my entire life this had to be the worst vacation of my life. My 80 year old Dad was freezing. My wife was so upset we had to all wait in line to take a hot shower after in my daughter’s room. We are considering litigation it was that bad. ##### Pancho D. Feb 2, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy This property was in a stellar location at Copper Mountain- steps from the American Flyer lift in one direction and in the other direction just a bit farther from the ski school in West Village.The house had plenty of space for our group and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Humidifiers in each room and the radiant floor heating kept us very comfortable throughout the stay. The only quirk was that the primary room en suite bath has water lines that are switched in the shower, so the hot was cold and cold was hot.The garage had great storage options for our gear along with much-appreciated boot dryers and storage racks for hanging gear.Overall, we had a great stay- highly recommend! ##### Julie B.
