Four of us recently stayed in this unit, which is located right in the heart of Copper Mountain village. Check in was seamless and easy. We chose this unit because we needed at least three beds for our group (this unit has four), and wanted something centrally located since we didn't have a car to get around. The unit was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable, but it is essentially a hotel room with an extra set of bunk beds put along one wall. We get into the room to a horrible stench, food was left in the barely working fridge. My husband took it and the trash that wasn’t emptied out. We tried the TV—didn’t work and remote batteries dead. The charger for phones, extremely finicky. The beds (3) all wobbled with the slightest touch and the comforters had stains on them. The carpet was similarly stained. Overall, the location was amazing. The property is gouging customers due to lack of available rental options around and that’s clear given the state of the place. My hope is that Copper introduces more options forcing these condos to provide bare minimum cleanliness and working devices. ##### Lauren A.
