Our condo is located in the East Village, just a little over a half block walking distance to the Super Bee ski lift. With approx. 2000 square feet of living space, our condo offers a cozy and inviting space to move around freely in. Great for family gatherings, corporate meetings and ski vacations. Our 5 bedrooms will sleep the following: 1st bedroom on the main lower floor has 1 queen bed. All other bedrooms are located on the second floor: 2nd bedroom has 2 queens, the 3rd bedroom has a twin and a queen, 4th bedroom has 1 queen and the 5 bedroom has a king. We have a well equipped kitchen, with two dishwashers for large groups. Separate beverage area equipped with a mini refrigerator (the mini fridge freezer is currently out of service) and two coffee makers. There is storage for 12 sets of skis in the garage (right next to the reserved parking spot) that may be secured with locks. Please make sure to bring your own lock as we do not supply those. Please note: This is a condo- not a hotel. We will provide some toilet paper and paper towels. Depending on usage- you may need to buy products at a local grocery store located in Frisco. This beautiful condo is perfect for families and friends. Four spacious bedrooms upstairs, a private master with en suite bathroom downstairs, and easy access to lifts and shuttle to Center and West villages. JJ's restaurant, ski rentals, and ski shop is within walking distance, and there is private parking which is huge for any ski resort. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Nice furniture. Individual thermostats in the bedrooms. Almost ski-out, definitely ski-in. (Ski-in tip: Take the Skid Road trail, turn left at the blue “Condo Access” sign, then take an immediate right; keep your speed, and you can ski right up to the door in the middle of the building) Jessica was friendly and easy to reach for questions, etc. Thumbs up! ##### Paul V. The size of the house and the seating available was perfect. For the advanced skiers, the location was ideal. For the lower level skiers who wanted to ski the greens, this location was inconvenient and you have to slug to the shuttle bus to access the West Villafe where those slopes were. Regarding the appliances and electrical outlets, this house was far below expectations. The oven wouldn’t heat to 350, so we couldn’t bake appropriately. The outlets were loose in the wall and only half of the outlet might work. This was the biggest frustration. The house warrants some serious electrical upgrades. We also ran out of garbage bags but there was no where in the village to purchase them. We did purchase toilet paper and paper towels which we needed. Overall, we loved Copper Mtn and its village. Séjour de 5 nuits en décembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Ross D., Iowa City 19 déc. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Another wonderful ski week at Copper Mountain This is a large condo that is ski-in and walk about 200' to the Super Bee lift. Very convenient, great parking for 2 vehicles and well appointed for 6-10 friends, or 5 couples. You could certainly get more people in beds, but we like our space. We have stayed in this unit before, and will be coming back in March '24\. The owners are very responsive, easy to work with. I highly recommend this property for skiers. The only thing I would give a bit of caution about is it somewhat dated in terms of decor. I personally don't mind, but it is not a new stylish decor. We find it comfortable and a great place to ski out of, entertain in evenings, and drop off to sleep watching the groomers get the runs for us in the morning. ##### Ross D.
