By Scandinavian standards hotel adequately priced. It's 4 minutes by train to central Copenhagen station. Station is literally a 2 to 3 min walk from the hotel. There are a few take away places close by and a convenient supermarket called netto next to the train station. Also excellent breakfast provided by the hotel. Down side pretty basic room and no amenities in the room etc coffee/tea kettle. Overall a solid product by the hotel.

Best hotel at this price in Copenhagen, close to town center and everything, free onsite parking. Will definitely stay here next time visiting Copenhagen. Highly recommended.

My boss checked in here and said it was a terrible place and room was very bad as well - he left right away did not sleep there and have been trying to get a refund but impossible.

Nice stay close to train station with easy access!
Enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly was about to check in early which saved us having to carry bags around unnecessarily. The only thing we missed was tea and coffee in our room still available 24 hour from shop next to reception.

Excellent breakfast and good furniture and beds in the room but TV is very limited and a kettle would be very welcomed as is the case in most of the hotels in Europe.

Needs a lot of TLC. Front desk and restaurant staff are great. Rooms are very tired, poorly maintained and cleaned poorly. Breakfast quality has been dropping over last year. Sadly need to find somewhere else from now on

Location is good, 5 minutes from a train station. It was nicely built, how ever it has a terrible management; specially the cleaning service. There’s not a specific word to describe what we had to face when getting our room. Clipped nails on the floor, hairs, mold the shower floor and curtains. Nasty, gross, disgusting! We used a plastic bag to get a shower daily; pretty sure we could get a fungus there! Like it was a cheap hotel, but it’s not

Maybe upgrade bathroom showers - shower curtain very dirty and tiles need regrout as its moldy.

It’s a good hotel, clean room and nice breakfast. The location is good enough close to A and E city train and the 10 bus. The price I got was fair. However, there weren’t a minibar and a safebox in the room, which at least about the minibar was the first time in my life I experienced that. No free water was offered in the room. But, the staff is super nice, helpful and caring. There is also a few activities like minigolf that is doable in the hotel itself.
