Wie lautet die Adresse? Wer übergibt den Schlüssel? Ein Anruf brachte mich in eine englisch sprachige Hotline. Die Beraterin gab sich viel Mühe, war aber schwer zu verstehen und auch nach 8 Minuten hatte ich die für mich wesentlichen Infos noch nicht bekommen. Nach intensivem Nachlesen aller Mails, habe ich dann im Kleingedruckten einen Link für meine Infos gefunden. Hilfreich wäre auch gewesen zu wissen, dass ein Auto in Kopenhagen eine Art Feindbild ist... Umsonst parken ist praktisch nicht möglich.Ansonsten habe ich die Nähe zur City und überhaupt die Stadt genossen. Vielen Dank. ##### Jörg B.
