OK for Convenience
After a longer and more convoluted and arduous (with a cart) than publicly stated haul to the hotel, it is important to be aware that there is no hotel bus and the taxis don't want to do the short run. So, be ready to shlep. The room and facilities were adequate by typical modern hotel standards. The room was quiet and the bed, comfortable. (There were a lot of dust bunnies under the bed, which if you do yoga, is gross.) Connectivity was challenging, and the staff had to help. A call for assistance took 25 continuous minutes of ringing to get an answer. Last night and this morning, the staff explained that they were "busy". (Maybe hire an operator?) The dining room is good, but, here too, the waitstaff is nice, but distracted and inattentive. Worse, is the wake-up call, handled through your TV. (Do I really want to awaken to news that a plane mysteriously disappeared en route to Egypt?) In sum, I would not agree that this is a 4 star, but maybe a 3?
