Summary:  
We are Flora, an apartment hotel located in central Amager, Copenhagen. Our cozy apartments in a newly constructed complex feature outdoor terraces and balconies adorned with lush greenery. Designed in a serene Scandinavian style, the apartments draw inspiration from the soft colors of Danish coastal nature. Located within walking distance of the city's largest beach and just a 10-minute metro ride from the city center, Flora is the perfect base for exploring Copenhagen or enjoying a refreshing plunge in Scandinavian waters.  
  
The Space:  
Kindly note that due to ongoing area development and construction activity, you may experience associated noise during your stay. While we are not directly affiliated with these projects, we appreciate your patience and understanding.  
  
We’ve designed a space that blends the comfort of home with the perks of a hotel. Guests can enjoy fully equipped apartments with speedy Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a well-appointed kitchen, along with hotel amenities like fresh towels, extra housekeeping, and free luggage storage. With contactless entry and 24/7 assistance, we ensure a smooth and stress-free stay.  
  
The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed, making it ideal for a friends' or family trip. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, closet space, a dining area for up to six people, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Each bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa bed is also a double. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor, and offers access to a terrace.  
  
As we have 45 hotel apartments, there may be minor variations in layout. While all items, amenities, and quality remain consistent, slight layout differences may exist.

The space is private and includes an independent bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and access to a terrace. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a homemade meal: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a collection of sharp knives.

The Neighborhood:  
The surrounding area offers beaches, parks, convenience stores, and family-friendly restaurants and cafés. Located near the city center, accessible within a quick 10-minute metro ride, this neighborhood is primarily residential. Amager Beach, Copenhagen's largest beach, is within walking distance, perfect for summer swims or joining locals in chilly winter-bathing dips.

Flora is closest to the "Øresund" metro station. From here, it takes only 7 minutes to reach the city center and 9 minutes from the airport. Surrounding “Øresund” metro station are cafés, bars, and supermarkets, and it’s the closest station to Amager Beach.  
  
To enter the apartment hotel, use the address Ved Amagerbanen 31, located at the inner corner of the building. You can refer to Google Maps for the exact entrance location. Directions to your private apartment will be provided from there.
