Very nice hotel, next to airport and metro station

Posted 6-Apr-2017
First time to visiting Copenhagen and not sure where to stay. I made the right decision to stay here. The hotel is linked to the airport and you don't even have to go outside. The metro station is linked to the hotel and again, you don't go outside. The metro is only 8 stops to Copenhagen city and only takes 12 mins and they are every 3 mins. An all day ticket costs around £10 and gets you on the metro, trains and buses, great value.

nice view - comfortable bed and linen

Posted 18-Mar-2017
Pros: close to the airport - good food
Cons: maintenance¨of pipes
Location: convenient to bring your luggage back and forth from the airport - you could keep the trolley in the room to next morning
As mentioned at checking out - there was a leak under the sink and all my things in the hand luggage got wet - not good as I had changing (clothes and bandages) for my handicapped husband - and we were on transit to USA via London. kind regards Ulla Juul-Hansen

Ok for an airport hotel

Posted 4-Mar-2017
A bit old, needs renovation, but is clean. Was disappointed with the breakfast as I asked for a simple.fries egg and after minutes the chef cooked and omelet.... told him I don't want it....no idea what happened with the egg, never received it. Also no invoice possible because the booking was done in Expedia. Otherwise, like I said it's OK for a night stay in the airport

Closest hotel to Airport

Posted 25-Feb-2017
Pros: Closest hotel to airport. High quality amenities and staff.
Location: Easy access to airport, metro and trains. Quick 30 minute ride to central station.
We booked last two nights in Copenhagen as we had early flight out. It was very convenient to just walk across the street to get to our flight. Easy access as well to trains/metro to go into town. Room and amenities were high quality as we expect from Hilton. We had junior suite with pull-out couch. Large bathroom with double vanities, separate tub and shower. For convenience we had breakfast and dinner in hotel. Beautiful buffet for both was pricey, but worth it for the convenience.

Hopless coordination between Expedia and the Hotel

Posted 15-Feb-2017
Pros: luxurious, practically inside the Airport and close to the subway
Cons: Communication with Expedia in case of wrong bookings
Location: Good for resting between airplanes
The advantage of this hotel over all others is that it is in the Airport. Beware of wrong bookings through Expedia, because they are not good enough at helping correct mistakes
