A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection. This is a great house with everything you can think of. Lots of crockery, outdoor BBQ and furniture to enjoy the weather. Even a box incase of power outage. The beds were dressed with modern bed linen and good mattresses, very comfortable. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge smart TV had plenty of options for everyone. There was also plenty of spaces for our family to explore and spread out. We stayed with young grandchildren and our 2 dogs. The backyard is fully fenced.
