All good. We were struggling with the bedding. Booked the room with 2 twin beds, those were quite small and the mattresses were very soft. Was quite hard to sleep. Everything else was really good. Great breakfast and fantastic location.

The cleaner for the room l was in could have done a better job, there were dishes left unwashed. I had to ask for clean sheets for my granddaughters bed and the vacuuming was not done. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay, and, we will be back.

The pool was out of order and has been since Dec, but they still told us they had 2 pools at check in. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but not super knowledgeable for us tourists looking for recommondations.

The place itself was ok but I got a random charge on my card that I used for the hind of $398 halfway through my stay. This is the 2nd time this has happened for no reason. I use 2 different cards 1 for the bond and 1 for the payment of the room. I don’t understand how or why they would look up my card details for the bond payment (which they already took out the day before to hold it) and then charge me nearly $400 for no reason. When I went and spoke to them they said it was an accident and will refund it. Not staying here again something dodgy as this is the 2nd time they’ve done this.

Comfortable and good ambiance. There are lots of vegetarian choices for the buffet breakfast. Congee is good but the soya sauce is not so good. The room is clean.

Good overall value
Overall a very nice experience. We got an upgrade to a higher level (we had booked a standard king beach view hotel). Buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options (vegetarian ones too) and fresh made to order omelettes- value was extraordinary and taste was great as well. Rooms themselves were big and comfortable with plenty of power outlets and modern bathrooms. Only small issue was no fans in the bathroom and the toilet would occasionally jam with the flush. Service was good and staff quite friendly- another minor thing was that they de-activated our access cards 20minutes before our check-out time which meant we had to wait in the lobby to see staff again to reactivate our cards. Overall good value for money, very nice views, and good amenities for price. 4.1/5

Room is too small, not suitable for 4 people, expensive for what we have received. No toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room we had to ask for it. Not enough towels we had to ask for it. Not enough lighting in the room as there is no ceiling lights. Shower waist was blocked all the time when we showered. Daily coffee not refilled every day they skip it all the time. Breakfast was ok…… overall experience not worth the price that we have paid for it
