Just a three-minute drive from the popular Recreation Reserve and Lonely Bay end of Cooks Beach, this holiday home offers a family-friendly setup for couples and groups looking for an escape to the peninsula!  
  
The kitchen, lounge, and dining area feature open-plan living, a breakfast bar, and modern appliances, opening out onto a large deck for outdoor relaxation or entertainment. Cook up a storm on the BBQ, whip up a few sides in the modern kitchen, and enjoy alfresco dining under the partially sheltered deck, out of the warm summer sun.  
  
Packed with all the entertainment essentials, a Smart TV with Freeview, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a range of board games are available.  
  
You'll be pleased to know there's an outdoor shower onsite, perfect for rinsing off the sand and salt. This space offers ample boat parking, ideal for the keen fisherman and boatie.  
  
Set in a new area of Cooks Beach, enjoy peace and quiet, or take a 5-minute stroll to the estuary and a 10-minute walk to the popular Cooks Beach. If you're planning an adventure, a 15-minute drive will have you at Hot Water Beach or Cathedral Cove! Cooks Beach has a local shop for all your immediate needs, and you can catch the ferry from Ferry Landing to enjoy all that Whitianga has to offer.
