It was clean and well decorated. The only maintenance issue was the faucet in one sink in the master bathroom did not work. A friend and I stayed at Home on the Range for 6 nights and enjoyed staying in Cookeville The house is decorated well and is right near the community pool, which is amazing. Location is very close to the downtown area - we walked there a couple of times. Home is clean and spacious for a small family or group of friends. Couple minor things: there were 2 pods for the washer to use and 1 for the dishwasher and only a couple of rolls of toilet paper. If you need more than that, you will need to purchase yourself. The upstairs gets much warmer than the rest of the house and there was only 1 fan for the 3 rooms upstairs. The last thing was the upstairs shower didn't drain well.
