The house is beautiful. If I could build one close to my brother in Cookeville, i would want to use this as a guide. Everythi g you could possibly need. Great outdoor spaces as well. Cant say enougb. Cant wait to go back.

The Iris Cottage was Amazing! We were there for Parent Weekend at Tennessee Tech. Just a 15 minute drive to the school, it was SO WORTH IT! This house feels like a home, and our daughter and her friends loved gathering there for dinner. But the best part for us was having our morning coffee on the patio next to the cows behind the property fence! Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away that we couldn't smell them.😉 Very well appointed place with everything you could need. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! We hope to return.💗

Cozy retreat
This place is as beautiful as the pictures! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable, the basement is a great space for fun, with a pool table, cards, and games. We really enjoyed the patio, as we sat out there for hours just enjoying the view! I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to get away.

Just what we needed
We came here to spend some time with our son who is attending TTU. We loved our stay at Iris Cottage. The house is out in the country and we loved sitting on the covered porch under the ceiling fan and watching the cows and listening to the birds for hours. It was so peaceful and restful. Inside the house is so cute and cozy. The kitchen is well supplied with whatever you might need. There is a pool table downstairs and my boys enjoyed that. Cummins Falls is nearby and we went there and took a couple of hikes. If you want to get away from the noise and traffic for a little while, this is a great place to come to. I highly recommend it. I cant wait to come back.

An absolutely lovely house! It is so well decorated…Joanna Gaines would approve! The house has a comfortable and light feel to it. The outdoor areas are great! The host left the most delicious home-made cookies with a custom printed recipe so the guests can make them at home. Trust me, you will want the recipe! We loved our stay at the Iris Cottage!

Everything was excellent!! The cutest, coziest and most peaceful home. I can’t say anything bad about this place. I think JoAnna Gaines came in and decorated it. We didn’t get to be there a lot, but we really loved our stay and will stay there again next year if our group does their annual camping trip to Cummins Falls.
