Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there's any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away! We can send a cleaner to the unit to fix it at no cost to you.  
  
PEST CONTROL  
Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Atlanta. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please don't worry, the Pest Control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it.   
  
MAINTENANCE  
All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and pool equipment will one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help! Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged. Unfortunately, we can't foresee these incidents but we can fix them!

 Very beautiful home I planned the stay for a birthday celebration which I didn’t know before hand that I wasn’t allowed apple parking for more guest, none the less we made it work with minimal complaints due to a little music and gathering I corrected the issue and everyone enjoyed themselves so much. I had a really great time with my close friends in loved ones. Sara the host was awesome she answer all my questions in a timely matter. She has a beautiful home! I really enjoyed my stay. Her home is in a great location around everything the only thing I would like to suggest is stronger WiFi the area really does not have strong signal. Other than that we love it.

#### Great place, fantastic location. 

One of the things that makes this a great spot, they let us use the garage. We were on a golf trip so that helped a ton. Pool area looked great, just too cold for us that week. Very roomy. No shampoo at all so please plan ahead. Would stay here again.

Overall good stay. Description of house was accurate. Pool was great and clean. hand towels in the kitchen would have been nice as well as a starter kit for coffee - no toiletries provided (I.e. shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Those are just pluses I understand but for a large home and cost of stay it would have been wonderful to have those.

#### Nice Home! Comfortable stay 😌

Overall the house is really nice! Spacious with comfortable beds and clean. The pool and deck were great and the kitchen was a great gathering place for our family. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and overall it was a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to get some more big pots and clean the ones you have as the pots and large utensils on the counter weren't very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

#### DO NOT UNpack - You will be evicted!!!!

The property was beautiful. It did have a few minor flaws: 1\. No instruction manual on how to operate equipment. 2\. Outdoor furniture need cleaning 3\. Extra Batteries for remotes would be nice as well as light bulbs But The kicker was 2 days after we arrived. The Rockdale County Code Enforcement advised us that our beautiful vacation rental is in a county that HAS BANNED SHORT termed rentals. So we, embarrassingly, invite guests with a Big RED sign posted on the Front door "STOP WORK" The neighbors were (understandably) unfriendly, unwelcoming and down right rude. To make sure you have a fun, stress free, lack of embarrassing vacation please don't do it in Rockdale County if you plan to do a vacation rental.

This rental was in the perfect location, everything we needed was directly across the street. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. Our stay was only for 2 days so we didn’t make a big deal about it however I was a little disappointed. With updated furniture, routine maintenance (light bulbs) and a deep cleaning this home could have great potential.

#### Family vacation

We love the house and pool. It's so close to shopping/ grocery area. The house was very roomy but could use a comfy chair in the living room. All but 1 of the beds have nice thick mattresses. The pool was great. The only downsides were no umbrella for patio table and no lounge chairs by pool to lay on. Also the water in the first floor showers was luke warm/ didn't really get hot.

This was a very disappointing experience. Before I booked the property I asked if the problems with the bed had been remedied and they assured me they had, when they had not. There was no working icemaker. There was broken glass right when you came up to enter the front door, a broken step when going to the upstairs.

Communication with the property owner was great. The home is very big and beautiful but the cleaning crew could’ve done a better job preparing the home for our arrival. If you have people staying in this home who are plus size, you may want to know that the beds are really low and not strong at all. They are pretty uncomfortable to sleep in. The pool is nice but beware that there is a drop from about 4 ft to 8-10 ft. The neighborhood is fairly peaceful. The home is near lots of stores and restaurants. Overall, the home is nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Our experience was a 2 rated other guests checked out early Beds upstairs was not adequate clean or new mattress covers blood stains We had to constant call msintenance clean water up, for tiled has holes in YET y g is a luxury house. Smh
