Jun 27, 2018 #### Family visit I was disappointed with the townhouse. The pictures of the down stairs were fairly accurate, but not the upstairs. The carpet was torn and stained and the walls need patching and a coat of pant. The kitchen had one cereal bowl and sparse utensils. I could over look all of this, but it was not clean. There was pink stuff in both bath tubs and rings on the tables down stairs which made me uncomfortable. Sep 21, 2020 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Disappointed I reserved a week and a half before my trip, asked about early check in at time of reservation and the day before the actual trip. Drove all the way to Conyers, Ga from South Florida with my family (3 kids and a baby) only to find a family in the property that I booked. They were nice enough to give me a number to reach the host and property manager. When I finally spoke to the host all she had to say was very nonchalantly “ the girl who does the reservations doubled booked the property we will refund you your money ”. The host didn’t even bother to offer to accommodate me for the inconvenience of having to abruptly change plans and have to book a hotel room too small for my family.
