Outstanding flat and fabulous owners
We had a fabulous week in Jean and Keith’s apartment, charming and helpful owners who provide a high level of service to their guests. Everything has been designed to make their life easier and pamper them: pure happiness! Conwy is pleasant and lively and has all the necessary amenities. We highly recommend both the property and the holiday resort, it is impossible to be disappointed.

Everything was perfect!
The location on high street could not be better and it is a short and easy walk to the car park. You can unload at the front door and proceed to park. The apartment was lovely; fully equipped and spotless.. the bed was super comfortable and for my fellow Americans, it had a top sheet :-). Jean is a perfect host and met us at the front door. There are two flights of stairs; one to main area and another to bed and bath, but unless you have issues with stairs, it’s not a problem. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone Coming to the area!

This place is a rare gem. My husband and I travel 4 months out of the year, and we we usually stay for a month in each country. This time it was the U.K. After London, Bath, Cotswold it was Conwy. We've stayed in nice hotels, Apartels and airbnbs, but this place was truely great. The place itself is immaculate, clean and decorated with warmth and great taste. It's in the heart of the city center and there's a supermarket just steps away and it has easy and convienent parking. The area felt safe with plenty of eating options. If I ever return to Conwy, there no other place I would stay, I would also send anyone I know that's headed this way to this place and this place only.

Superb apartment in wonderful location
My husband and I have just returned from four nights in this wonderful apartment. Keith and Jean met us an hour earlier than we had first planned, securing a parking space for us right outside the property. We unloaded the car before moving it to a car park a few minutes walk away. We paid £6 for 24 hours on the App and left the car there for the majority of our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, warm and cosy, with all the little extras that are so often lacking in holiday properties. I think Jean and Keith have thought of everything. The rooms are spacious and the bed super comfortable. Being in the heart of Conwy you have numerous eating places on your doorstep. Jalsa Indian is well worth a visit (take your own alcohol), but you’ll likely have to book. LS Coffee a couple of doors down offers superb lunchtime options. We visited Conwy Castle, took the train to Llandudno and the tram up the Great Orme. We also visited South Stacks Lighthouse at Holyhead. So much more to do in North Wales, we will definitely need to visit again.

Jean & Keith were absolutely amazing to my daughter and I. We had car trouble and ended up checking in without any problems after having to change our time twice. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. We loved our stay in Conwy and highly recommend it.

Great property, excellent position in Conwy, five to ten minute walk to the car parking. Two flights of stairs to the bathroom and bathroom a bit challenging for those with ambulation issues but otherwise an extremely comfortable property and value for money.

We had a lovely break in Conwy a lovely small town that manages to encapsulate everything you require in a 200mt square. The apartment was right on the high st so nice and easy. We'll be back!
A great find! Spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location in the centre of Conwy, just metres away from the quayside. Excellent communications from the owners who kindly also met us from the train station at the start of our stay. The local buses and trains were perfect for exploring the region - we didn't miss our car for a moment.

Very helpful and friendly hosts - all enquiries handled very well. All the rooms in the apartment are spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and great bathroom have castle views! We really enjoyed our stay - and would fully recommend to others.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. The location, in the heart of Conwy, was perfect for walking around town and also easy for drives beyond (parking close by). We would love to stay here again.

Lovely Conway apartment
This apartment is superb. Very well equipped and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Jean and Keith kindly met us so we could park outside to unload. Then used local car park… can pay online, car stayed there for our entire trip. We used the local buses and trains. The location is great for exploring the town and walking on the coast path . We would highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location
We loved this property. Ideally located in the High St with all the bars and restaurants in close proximity. Only downside is parking but we didn’t find that a problem. The owners kept us a space for check in then we parked on the long stay car park for £5.60 every 24 hours. There was loads of space in the Living room, the bathroom was massive and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want, including space for food which is surprisingly lacking in some self catering properties we’ve stayed in. All in all, we had a fantastic time in a brilliant apartment and we will definitely be returning. Thanks very much.

This property was everything and more. Everything being ease of access-ability to gift shops, eat in/ takeaway , historic sites. Walkable , can't say enough about the importance of this. Friendliness, everyone from other tourist to locals. One thousand percent recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean and Keith’s lovely apartment! The location is superb.....we were able to walk to all of the sights, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is also well stocked with everything that we needed, including many items that we usually have to purchase or bring ourselves at most vacation rentals. It truly was our “home away from home”. Jean and Keith are helpful and very kind hosts! Diolch, Jean and Keith for your thoughtfulness. Just a FYI for people who have mobility issues....there are stairs in the apartment that might pose a problem. We highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely property. My only suggestion would be to have a lock box for the key when travelling as it can be stressful to meet the host at a pre-specified time. She is very accommodating but people get lost, weather interferes etc. most properties seem to do it this way. The property itself is clean, really well equipped, and very comfortable

Lovely Place in a Terrific Location
My husband and I spent 5 nights in late August and the place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and had everything that we needed for our holiday. The hosts were extremely helpful (they picked us up from the train station at the junction after we were delayed). The location was excellent for touring the local historic sites, going for walks in Snowdonia and enjoying the beautiful coastal area around Conwy. We hope to stay again in a future visit to Wales!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wunderbarer Stadt Conwy. Perfekte Ausgangslage für viele Unternehmungen! Die Parksituation war anfangs nervend, weil man immer ein Ticket ziehen und die Uhr im Blick behalten musste. Wir haben uns dann eine kostenfreie Alternative in ca. 15 Minuten Geh-Distanz gesucht, das war deutlich entspannter. Ungewohnt für uns waren die nicht zu öffnenden Fenster im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Gar nicht lüften zu können war unangenehm. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die Abwicklung und Kommunikation hätte nicht besser sein können.

Fab location, place was spotless and everything good quality with lots of little extras. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Owners v helpful and not intrusive. Plenty of info in the place regarding the area. Only fault could not open living room or bedroom windows as woman of a certain age, I needed a breeze, Great fan supplied but bit noisy at night. The bed is the best I have slept in apart from my own.Would definitely go here again as place was spotless had everything we needed and in a great location

A well-equipped and pleasant apartment. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. There was occasional noise from next door and the street, but nothing to interrupt a good night's sleep. Would be happy to stay there again.

Splendid Apartment
This is a very comfortable apartment, which has everything you need for a self catering break. Our hosts, Jean & Keith, were extremely helpful. The apartment is located centrally in the town with close and easy access to the harbour and estuary walks to Mulberry and Deganwy. There is an abundance of bakery shops selling wonderful cakes, an excellent butchers & delicatessent, a Spar supermarket all in the same street. We enjoyed meals at the Castle Hotel just 20 yards up the road! and also at the Erskine Arms in Conwy.

This Accommodation is Grossly under Priced for its beautiful well laid out lounge and fully equipped separate kitchen with all the amenities one would desire. The Double Bedroom is splendid in its decore and warm homely ambiance. We fell in love with this property as soon as we entered. The position is in a prime area of the Town located on the High Street.

The apartment was lovely, ideally suited for walking around the town. I might suggest that somehow a “parking pass” could be obtained from the Council and offered to guests. I found it a nuisance having to remember to feed the machine at the correct time each day. Just a thought.......

The owners were very helpful right from the initial booking, to departure, with excellent comms. The flat was spotlessly clean, organised and had everything needed. It was quiet, despite being in the high street. There is a small supermarket just a few doors up the road which was handy. Perfect for a few days away. The castle and wall walk are worth doing, and the RSPB reserve is a short stroll away too. Bodnant gardens also worth a drive out to.

The property was in an excellent location- right on the high street with great people watching from the bay window, and a 30 second walk to the water. Jean and Keith have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- from nice smelling sheets to a fully equipped kitchen. We will be back one day! Thanks for having us!
