Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the outdoors while being 10-15 minutes to the shopping outlets, restaurants and year-round activities of downtown North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley. This home features one bedroom with a king upstairs (and bathroom with a shower), two bedrooms each with a queen on the main level and bunk beds in the downstairs shared space. The beauty of the mountains extends through all four seasons and is fun for the whole family. From hiking and biking in the summer, beautiful foliage and the renowned Fryeburg Fair (20 mins away) in the fall, skiing and boarding in the winter and spring, the Valley has it all. This house also features a gas fireplace, beautiful mountain views, wi-fi, three Roku TVs with cable with surround sound in the living room and downstairs. Gas grill and kitchen equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker and dishwasher. The mountain-facing deck. Walk-out to the backyard fire pit and make smores. Vacation in the Mount Washington Valley awaits. This home is a not a party house and there is a zero tolerance policy for failing to adhere to the house rules. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors are important to us.

"Was beyond perfect for our last minute getaway to do some skiing, site seeing and enjoying some other winter fun. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby - perfect size kitchen for meals we had at home, plenty of space for sleeping, plenty of TVs for entertainment and board games as well! What we didn't expect was the beautiful deck (and beautiful windows!) facing the mountains, where we saw the most beautiful sunsets. The house feels secluded, but you are only 15 minutes from North Conway which has everything you would need. There were multiple ski slopes from us to choose from while we were there, and even a free place to ice skate next to the North Conway train station. Such a fantastic winter spot, but we hope to return in the summer months to enjoy some hiking and visiting the top of Mt Washington!"

The home is just a few years old, and comfortable and has all the amenities, including a very well-stocked kitchen. Close to hiking, Conway, and also quiet and remote. We enjoyed out time at this property. Everything was clean and functional. There was plenty of space for the four of us. There was space for at least four more! Great downstairs for a separate space for kids. The wifi worked well. Beds were very comfy. Games galore, some vintage which brought back memories as a child. We truly enjoyed the festival at Tuckerman's Brewery which is only about 4 miles away. Great beer and pizza (regular and very unique ones as well) We had fun at Trivia night and actually won a $25 gift card. The leaves weren't as vibrant as last year but we enjoyed our time at your lovely home

Property exactly as described. Very comfortable. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable.Gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the house wasn't cleaned/prepared for our 4pm arrival. Contacted housekeeper who arranged for soneone to take care of issues right away. Also contacted host who refunded our cleaning fee. Interactions were friendly and efficient. If the house had been ready on time for us, everything would have been 5 stars.
