From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host put a lot of thought into making the space feel warm and welcoming with Christmas-themed décor (it was the day after, after all) and other thoughtful personal touches throughout the home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after days of extended family time. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals together as a family—it felt like a true home away from home. The host was also fantastic—very communicative and helpful, giving us clear guidelines and ensuring we had everything we needed. The only thing to keep in mind is the steep driveway, so be prepared for a bit of a challenge when driving in. The saving grace was the garage access, which our F-150 truck just barely fit into. The remote on the kitchen counter was also a pro move on our host’s part. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.
