We had five couples and there was plenty of room. A spacious living and kitchen area and the bedrooms were great. It is in good condition and very clean. They offer a lot of kitchen gadgets and supplies to use, plus washing machine, dryer, dishwasher which helps make your vacation run smoothly. It was a short drive to North Conway and Storyland. We had 11 people stay including a 2,3,10, and 14 yrs. old and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even got a free nature show when a momma bear and her two cubs decided to raid the trash barrels!!!!! ##### Jim D.
