Enjoy a relaxing stay at this beautiful updated waterfront condo on Lake Conroe! The condo is situated out on a point where you can enjoy the amazing view of the lake for miles. The extended patio allows for you to take in the breathtaking 180 degree view of the open waters. The sunrise is stunning as the sun begins to peek over the horizon and the sky begins to take on various hues of color. During the day, enjoy the sounds of the waves lapping against the bulkhead, relax while fishing just steps from the condo, or just enjoy a stroll along the lake. After a relaxing day, don't miss the magnificent sunset. There is outdoor seating for eight people. Also, enjoy grilling out to make your grilled favorites.

This spacious condo which is over 1800 square feet has a large two story living area for gathering with an amazing view of the open waters and a 65" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as new stainless-steel appliances. The master suite is downstairs with a king size bed, 48" flat screen TV, double vanities in the adjoining bathroom, a desk, and a seating area. The second bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed, a seating area, and a 48" flat screen TV. The third bedroom is on the second floor as well overlooking the den with views of the lake. This bedroom has two queen beds and a 39" flat screen TV. The condo has internet access throughout and all smart TV's. The utility room is upstairs and has a full-size washer and dryer available for your use. There are two covered reserved parking spaces just steps from the front door.

The condo is located in the gated community of April Sound and is quietly situated at the end unit with no thru traffic. The community has several pools available for your use and a boat marina for you to launch your boat.

Excellent communication from hosts. The rental was recently updated and was lovely. The view of the lake is just fabulous! The living room furniture is ample and very comfortable. We only used the downstairs but the master bed was very comfortable. We judge a lot of condos by the comfort of the furniture and the beds. We will return again!

Beautiful open water condo. We loved the extended patio and huge yard. We wished the HOA would put in a boardwalk to sit on but you can walk around the corner where there's a nice boardwalk and no boat traffic or just take chairs out. Owner are very attentive and quick to respond to questions.

Location location location!

This was the perfect spot. Right on the water with a large grassy area for outdoor games. Just a couple miles away from groceries/walmart in car you forgot anything or just to stock up. Comfy beds. Clean.

Great Lakefront Comfy Condo

The owners were great & super accommodating. The condo was clean and nice. Quiet neighbors and nice lake community. We caught perch from the back of the condo and saw some beautiful sunsets.

The property was great, has an amazing setting with breathtaking water views. The condo was quiet and comfortable… my only request would be that it was more updated… but we knew going into the property it was not so there was no surprise there… there was plenty of seating for the 4 of us and we were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay… the host was super communicative and great to work with

We were in town for a family event. The location was perfect and the sunrise was second to none. We’d stay again because it’s close to our family and there is comfortable space for everyone. Water pressure is superb (always a make or break for our family 😉)

A serene condo with a pleasant view

Not only was there enough room, (with plenty to spare), for our group of six, it was comfortable as well. We all enjoyed our stay, and loved the sunrises and sunsets that cast themselves over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we had no troubles finding our spot.

Conroe vacation

We had a very good experience at this property… It was the best place for my four boys and myself to stay as a family as we were visiting my family who live in Conroe… Relaxing wonderful Lakeview lots of space the pool to swim in the lake to swim in close to Conroe… Everything was wonderful we will definitely come back I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting this area especially with a big family ! The people were wonderful to work with!

Great Location

The location is great - right on the lake. While we didn't go out on the lake, the view is awesome. Parking can be a challenge if you have more than 2 cars or have large vehicles. There are "guest" spots, but they can be a ways off. It heats up a little during the day - high (beautiful) ceilings impact it, but it does cool down at night. Location is close to restaurants as well - but not too close.
