Located in the countryside, 20 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary circuit, this farmhouse has been restored in the Sarthe tradition.  
Ground floor: a large living room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped open kitchen with a fridge-freezer, three induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.  
Bathroom with washing machine.  
1 bedroom (double bed).  
2 separate toilets.  
Large living room with a double bed (double sofa bed). The sofa bed can sleep 14 people.  
Upstairs: a large landing, a shower room, and a separate toilet. 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds.  
Large living room upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bathroom (large walk-in shower) with toilet.  
Heating: pellet stove in the living room and electric radiators.  
Towel dryers in the bathrooms.  
Outside: Wooded and enclosed grounds with a semi-enclosed courtyard for summer dining.  
Optional cleaning fee: €120, with automatic cleaning if not properly cleaned.  
Private, enclosed parking.  
  
Maximum capacity in the cottage: 15 people, including adults, children, and babies.
