The convenience to Lost Trail was as good as it gets. Watching elk each day from the living room window is a definite bonus. The views all around are outstanding, and there is much to do and see in the local area, though it was really hard to leave the back porch for very long. The Riverhouse on the Bitterroot was perfect for us! There were six of us, (adults), and we had plenty of room. Very clean! Everything we needed. Peaceful & quiet! The pictures tell it all. Beautiful location, great fishing and lots to do in the area. The home is very functional and the kitchen is well equiped for cooking and dining. From Montana but did a staycation this year for our family summer vacation and will definitely book again. Went on the senic drive suggested by owner and seen the big horn sheep about 10miles up. Keith is a great communicator and full of valuable information. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay (fishing, sight seeing, hiking, exploring nearby towns), but most enjoyed relaxing by the river and watching big horn sheep and bald eagles. Solidarity and peace and quit was amazing we had the fishing spot on the entire rover. Our host was amazing they had a ton of landmarks and soggts naked out in a binder to help us fill some extra time.
