Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, Holiday Home Sultan 12 is ideal for families and large groups seeking privacy during your vacation. This modern house offers a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a TV.  
  
The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a well-kept garden. The fenced pool, open year-round and equipped with sun loungers and outdoor showers, is perfect for relaxing and cooling off on warm days. Here you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.  
  
Conil’s center is just 1.7 km away (about a 22-minute walk), and a supermarket is 900 m from the property. The nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles—famous for its blue waters and fine sand—is 2.5 km from Villa Sultan 12.  
  
Parking spaces are available on the property. Groups of young people are allowed under certain additional conditions. In accordance with local regulations, all guests must provide identification and sign a contract. No outside visitors are permitted during your stay. Up to 2 pets (max. 15 kg each) are allowed. #### Casa muy amplia lo pasamos super bien

Pros: Casa muy amplia y limpia. Cons: Olía el primer día bastante a pintura, por lo que tuvimos que airear la casa con ventanas abiertas. Fallo grande que no tengan mosquiteras las ventanas! Muchiisimos mosquitos.

Pros: Amplia, y muy bien equipada de platos tazas cubiertos...
