Be prepared for winter weather in the mountains! • Our home is located off of a well maintained, plowed road, however it is the mountains, so expect icy spots to remain and drive cautiously after snow. • 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended from October through April • We have a snow removal service that plows the driveway anytime it snows 4 inches or more • We cannot guarantee the driveway will be plowed by a specific time of day • The deck is not shoveled for you, but there is a shovel at the property so that you can shovel the deck if you wish to use it after it snows. We were traveling for a weekend concert at Red Rocks and this location was very convenient to all of our activities. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house is very spacious and has a very tranquil setting. Nice patio to enjoy the sunrise and watch the deer that travel through the property. Hot tub was perfect for cool evenings. Enjoyed watching football on Sunday, Tvs and internet worked great. Host was very responsive and had great recommendations for food and hiking.
