This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Catering to families and couples looking for an exciting vacation in New York's Finger Lakes! . This Lakehouse offers breathtaking views, over 50ft. of lake frontage. It comes equipped with a dock for boat and or Jet-Ski access.. Boat rentals are nearby on the lake at local marinas. Enjoy a full Panoramic view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade for your warm summer nights. There is a cobblestone fire pit for your campfires along with all your indoor and outdoor cooking needs. There is a local restaurant right across the lake that has boat access for your summertime fun for family and friends. There is one parking spot connected to the house and across the street there is curb-side parking for multiple vehicles and will accommodate an RV as well. Wi-Fi and cable provided on a 65 inch smart TV mounted above a remote controlled gas fireplace. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Explore the Best of the Finger Lakes with our Breathtaking views at Sunset. When your not at the Lake , you can enjoy our scenic state parks like Letchworth or Stonybrook, or sip your way through our local winery and craft Breweries. All located in a short Drive. The home has many updates and was very clean. The sunset views are fantastic from the deck and dock. We had a lot of good luck fishing too! Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

We enjoyed the view of the lake from the upper deck and the patio. Nice and quiet. The house was well stocked with all of the necessities and Chris was a wonderful host. Location is great for visiting some of the state parks nearby. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

The owner was awesome to deal with all the way around. The property was right on the lake and was beautiful. The heated ceramic tiles were great in the winter, and it was a nice touch to have the gas fireplace already warming up the place for us a cold winter day.

Great property, gorgeous views & awesome kitchen. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our getaway at this great cottage. We had everything we needed & communication with the owner was excellent. Wonderful cottage to entertain nd relax at the lake. Very clean and well stocked! Would have loved a second bathroom but we made due. Kitchen was awesome loved the updated appliances. Lots of outside seating areas and really loved the sunsets!

Cottage is very nice. Very clean and nicely furnished. Quality linens were a huge plus!! Love the deck and dock and the covered sitting area outside. The property manager Chris was extremely helpful! The only thing I would add is a comprehensive list of what to expect at check out and the rules of the community, along with operating TVs etc. This property was perfect for what we needed it for. Very nice!!

this house was adorable. it was clean and beautiful. we enjoyed our stay, but underestimated the size. we had 7 adults and there is 1 bathroom. the sliding door needs to be adjusted/fixed as it kept falling off the track. i think it’s better suited for smaller groups. overall, i give it 5 stars! we stretch out, napped, cooked amazing meals, played games & fished. it was very relaxing. thanks, Chris, for a great mjni-vacation!!

Very clean, modern, comfortable house right on Conesus Lake. Had everything we needed and more. Lots of room, very comfortable furniture/bed; high quality linens/towels. Gorgeous outside deck and nice area near water with tables/chairs. Firepit got a lot of use and the dock for fishing. Very quiet and relaxing area. Would highly recommend this property for a family or small group.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. The house was very clean and cozy. There were 9 of us staying in the home (4 adults and 5 kids) and we still fit comfortably. The home has a nice deck, outdoor seating area, a fire pit, and a dock. We rented a boat and were able to easily dock. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was perfect for enjoying a quiet getaway and the neighbors were super friendly and helpful in recommending local places to eat and even offering their pump for the floats we brought along. The home itself was perfect for hanging out and the kids had a great time. The house definitely has some nice upgrades, including the kitchen. There were some areas that clearly were still in the process of being updated, such as the deck in the back of the house but nothing that deterred from the experience. All in all we had a blast and hope to spend another visit to this property in the future.

We really enjoyed the property. It was lovely - perfect for us. The kitchen is fully loaded and the outside grill allowed us to cook outside a few times as well. The weather was nice during our stay but we did have a few pop up showers and the covered patio worked great to watch the rain roll across the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and brought our jetski . The dock and boat lift were very accommodating. We only saw one neighbor who was very friendly. It’s a very peaceful property, which provided a little serenity from our daily grind.

the place was very nice. Kitchen, although small was well appointed - great appliances and decor. Owner responds very quickly and to questions. Loved the outdoor space as well. My only issue with the whole process was that there is a damage deposit held, which I understand, but have never had it billed on my credit card - just held on it - and then have to wait up to a month to get the money refunded back to you - Everything else .. Great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Conesus Lake House. The check-in was super easy and fast. The house is beautifully located right by the lake. Chris left a paddle boat out for us to use on the lake which we quite enjoyed. There was a grill which we were able to use and the outside seating was perfect for the late spring time. The house is very nicely decorated and everything is very clean and well maintained. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and would return in the future.

Chris, the property owner, was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Lake was beau even in winter. We might try it again this summer. I highly recommend this rental.
