"Tenho preferencia por este hotel em Betim, já tendo me hospedado cerca de 5 ou 6 vezes, mas carece de reforma urgente e troca de mobiliário: colchões desconfortáveis que deformam ao deitar, quarto com paredes descascando, piso de madeira necessitando de reparo, piso de madeira deteriorando, ar condicionado muito antigo, TV antiga sem sequer ser smart, café da manhã com pouca variedade e reposição deficiente. "The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive. "
