The Space: This stunning Eichler home in Concord, situated near the desirable Walnut Creek area, is a true gem. Featuring three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, it provides ample space for comfortable living. The open floor concept creates a seamless flow throughout the home, enhancing the sense of space and light. The living area opens up to a beautifully landscaped backyard, making it an ideal space for enjoying outdoor activities. Two bedrooms have their own hallway and bathroom that can be closed off to the rest of the house. Think of it like a private two bedroom suite with its own central HVAC. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and has its own dedicated master bath with an overhead rain shower. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed, this is a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask that our guests respect our neighbors. Downtown Walnut Creek is also just a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.
