This welcoming residence is located on a small hill with flowers and trees: typical Corsican vegetation (pines, arbutus, cypress, laurel, bougainvillea, etc.).   
  
Mini-villa at Tarco in a residence facing the sea, offering an exceptional 180° unobstructed sea view from its terrace.   
Walking distance to beach: 300 m to sandy beaches.  
  
 300 m away: shops (restaurants, pizzeria, bars, grocery store (press, beach articles, fresh produce and bread/croissant shop).  
  
Sports activities 3 minutes away by car (Favone): pedal boats, sea kayaking, sailing school, diving club, jet boat rental, boat rental (motor, sail) with or without skipper, tennis, horseback riding, climbing, canyoning ...

Patio access with outdoor shower, storage with washing machine  
Entrance to small hall with storage space under stairs: cleaning (vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, etc.) and ironing (ironing board and iron) equipment, storage space.  
Living room/kitchen: air-conditioning, sofa bed (140/190), TV, wifi,  
ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, storage space, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer...   
  
Mezzanine: small reading room with 1 x 90cm bed.
