They let the natural grasses grow and cut trails into the brush so you can go on a nice walk right on the property. A very short drive to the Compton trailhead if you’d like a challenging hike or less than 10 minutes down to Ponca, where you can float the Buffalo national River. As far as the cabin goes, everything you need is there from charcoal for the grill to wood for the fire pit. With 2 minisplits cooling the cabin you can reach your desired temperature very easily and quickly. If you think you will need something, just look and it should be there. This cabin is very well stocked with all your necessities. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to adventure out into the buffalo trail system or River. Or a short drive over to Jasper to a small quaint town. Lastly, the host was very easy to get in touch with and their instructions were very detailed. ##### Scott T.
