### Villa 'Cortijo De La Abuela' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa Cortijo De La Abuela is located in Málaga and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 106 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space featuring a pool, garden, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The use of the pool between October 15 and May 15 is subject to an additional charge, as it is closed for the season.  
  
2 parking spaces are available on the property.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
Beach/pool towels are provided.  
  
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
