The previous guests had taken the pool card and Glynis made sure we had one with as little delay as possible. She’s very responsive and friendly. Also nice to not have to do all the laundry before you leave. Just pile towels in the bath tub and start the dishwasher. So helpful when trying to get the family moving. Judy was easy to keep in touch with and followed-up regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which we really appreciated.
