Locality was a key clincher and a great find for a last minute booking. If I was aware of the hotel earlier I would have planned to had made it a longer stay. Staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating.

Beautiful room, exceptionally comfortable, clean and with excellent amenities. Every little detail had been well thought through. Glad we booked the boutique room, noisy outside but this was far enough away for that to be barely audible. Areas around the outside of the property (on the beach side) not quite as well kept but that would be very difficult in such a busy location. Good secure parking. All of the hotel staff were also brilliant even helping us to search through road closures during the marathon so that we could ensure we were able to get to the airport easily.
