« I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling for work and experienced multiple issues that were not adequately addressed. The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. The first night was disrupted by significant noise from the room above, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very limited. The English muffins were stale, fruit options...

« Pool was close staff was average air-conditioning was average condition of Room was average overall there was nothing exciting or anything worth bragging about. It was just average. »

« The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing. « La chambre n'etair pas propre. Poussiéreux. Literie non confortables. Draps abîmés. Rideau de douche moisi. La piscine annoncée sur l'annonce est belle propre récente. Dans la réalité il faut sortir à l extérieur pour se rendre à la piscine. La piscine est dans un état d insalubrité+++. Moisissures, saletés, odeur immonde. Une honte . Mes enfants attendaient cette piscine avec impatience après énormément d heures de route. Et c était vraiment immonde. Publicité mensongère+++ »
