### Charming Fisherman's House with patio close to everything.

This house has just undergone a complete renovation top to bottom and EVERYTHING is brand new! The house has beds to sleep up to 8 comfortably in 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full beautiful bathrooms. It is rented completely and additional beds may be available.   
  
It is located in the unique neighborhood of Velecío in the center of Comillas. Its exceptional location, make this house an ideal place for your stay in Comillas. From the house walking:   
\- 3 minutes to the Pontifical University of Comillas   
\- 3 minutes to the center   
\- 4 minutes to the beach   
\- 5 minutes to the Capricho of Gaudí and Palacio de Sobrellano  
  
Is a very bright and spacious house with more than 110 m2 and, completely renovated and decorated with marine atmosphere in the 2019\.   
  
The neighborhood is quiet and calm, with resident-only road traffic, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the car for the car. It is parked relatively easily 1 minute from the house. There is daily commerce and restaurants close to the house.  
  
The house is rented completely and guests can have all rooms: 4 bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, a diaphanous living room on the ground floor, outdoor patio , etc.   
  
All surfaces of the house including furniture (armchairs, sofas, wardrobes, etc.) are disinfected after each stay with "Vircol", bactericidal and viricidal hydroalcoholic disinfectant-cleaner tested in the Community of Madrid against covid19\.   
  
All household clothing after each stay is washed and disinfected in laundry specialized with disinfectant soap and at high temperatures (reference; Santander Industrial Laundry).
