My cousin and I visited Chamonix for the first time. We skied at Brevant and Flagere. We had an amazing time, the staff was superb. I wish I could remember names but there were too many to list, although Victor who drove the shuttle was wonderful. He drove us to the lifts and was always there right on time to pick us up. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The ski shop delivered our rental skis to our locker, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the bar was charming. I regret that we didn't have time for a massage but we used the pool and sauna. Our expectations were exceeded time and again. We have so many different places we'd like to ski but we actually talked about returning to Chamonix because it was so wonderful. Thank you to everyone at the Le Morgane.

The hotel is a good 4* hotel, the spa was a tad underwhelming with a Luke warm pool but the staff and general conditions were all excellent.

We booked the hotel because it stated it was a spa and resort. The spa was not active. No saunas, cold cold cold pool. No baths. No workers. The staff at check in and bar were wonderful, but was deeply disappointed that we paid so much for just a room. We couldn’t even eat at the restaurant because it requires reservations way in advance. Really unfortunate when you’re only in for one night.

Great location for all activities we planned, good breakfast, helpful check in staff (Louis, I think). Unfortunately that is where positives end. Arrived by car and parked underground as advised. Parking was busy, but we managed to settle in. On day of check out I found a formal looking note from the owner of the space. Nobody ever mentioned that some spaces belong to other people. Anyways that didn't stop the hotel from charging me 25 eur per day, even though all info I found says it is 15 eur. The receptionist at check out was extremely rude, first implying I am not smart enough to find parking space, then that no matter what I have to pay, because I parked there, also even though I paid for 48h parking I must remove my vehicle, because they will need space. Well I wouldn't mint paying the owner of the space, but not hotel, since the space did not belong to them. Like talking to the wall, she could not grasp the logic and I am far passed educating people with no customer service skills. Room was large but badly arranged and very hot. No aircon and only balcony door in one of the rooms. The larger bedroom alcove had no ventilation whatsoever. Impossible to have good night sleep. I would not stay again and I would not recommend.

Dear Floras, Merci to takjng the time to write a feedback about your stay. At check-in we normally do insist on the fact to park where it is written 'Hotel Morgane". We do share our garage with a residence next door, so when they do not have their spot free, they park on our spots. So, of course you weren't parked on our spot but we could not sell it to another guest because the resident was parked there. Please you could understand this logic as well, and of course you are not here to educate anyone but our staff is already competent in hospitality. At check-in we also tell that our parking outside is 15 per night and garage is 25 . Maybe our parking was already fully booked so that's the reason they do not propose it.We do not have any air conditioning only because we are not allowed to have one. Global warming is real and Chamonix is particularly concerned because there is moutains and snow all around our beautiful place. The environement is why you and all the other tourist are coming, should we stop protect it to keep you cool ? Mrs Przemyslaw, please be sure that we will do our possible to improve ourselves and our services. We look forward to welcome you another time in case you change your mind and want to enjoy Chamonix once again.Kind Regards
