Host offered full refund or stay next door. I noticed from next door listing we were losing a bedroom and a second story deck which we had been very excited to use. When I pointed the loss of the bedroom and deck, Host offered to discount the stay at the property next door which was acceptable. Place was easy to get into, clean, and nicely appointed. No complaints except (1) the inside pane of a double-paned window was a broken (Host said window had been broken by a storm which I don't think could have happened since it was the inside pane) and (2) none of the streaming aps on the tv worked (Host offered to come by and log in to them in person). Notwithstanding those issues, Host was very easy to communicate with and we would rent this property again. Great place and cannot beat the location. ##### Bryce W.
