This 2008 built home features stunning oak floors, huge open concept, gourmet kitchen w/granite counter, SS appliances & center island perfect for entertaining. Spacious great room with lots of natural light. The second floor includes two oversized suites, each with soaring vaulted ceilings, & private bathrooms, and 2nd floor laundry! The lower level is completely finished with egress windows, third bed & bath, rec room, office area, and ample storage. Enjoy morning coffee on the covered front porch or the charming outdoor living space in the private, beautifully landscaped, fenced-in back yard with paver patio.! This property is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The Neighborhood: This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park! UNACCEPTABLE - DO NOT RENT. Since no reviews, we asked to see the property in advance of securing but owners refused. We offered multiple different days to come by but still refused to show house. Photos do NOT accurately depict the accommodations. There is NOWHERE to gather and enjoy Thanksgiving/family activities. The couch was a 'youth sized couch'; seating for only 5ppl in living room but house claims to accommodate 9ppl. Very uncomfortable/small furniture. We had to go elsewhere to hang out and couldn't even gather to watch family movies/football games/etc. Photo very misleading especially of the couch, but there should have been additional comfortable seating in the living room!!!! Not as clean as promised; silverware in drawers had food on them, dead bugs, live bugs, steps not vacuumed, garbage under bed, in garage and on floor. Tiny couch in Theater Room.
