Relax on the back porch, or soak up the natural light flooding the inside of the apartment. It is only a short walk from downtown and 15 minutes to Fort Moore. If traveling with a larger group, you can rent both halves of the house! The fireplaces no longer work, but they add to the historic character of this great home! The Space: This is the back unit of a duplex; 2 bedrooms/1.5 bathrooms home sleeps 7 and is a perfect place to get away. The beautiful heart-pine floors have been refinished, the windows let in tons of light, and the beds are super comfy. The fireplaces no longer work, but they add to the historic character of this great home! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and gathering around the TV in the living room. During your stay, you will have full access to the back unit; the front unit is rented separately. Please inquire if you are interested in renting both together. \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home! It is a town home, but both units have their own entrances and are completely separate. This unit is located in the back with it's own private yard, fire pit, and . The Neighborhood: You will love this quiet street right next to downtown restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk. All downtown attractions are within walking distance, and Fort Moore is just a short drive. Getting Around: You can walk to everything downtown, and the post is just a short drive or uber away! Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
