The home is located less than 30 minutes from Round Top, Tx. The home has a modern Bohemian style with a mixture of antiques, modern farmhouse and mid century decor. The 3700 sq foot home features (4) bedrooms and (4) private bathrooms along with a powder room. The great room offers seating for 8-10 with a large dining space. There is also a cozy sitting area just of the kitchen perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. A tv room/bar with beautiful wood paneling and plenty of seating is also available on the main floor. The Sage offers a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, bath products, bed linens, central AC/heat, WiFi and satellite tv. The back patio features a dining space, plenty of seating, tv and a lovely wood burning fireplace. The home offers sleeping quarters for 8 adults comfortably.... however 4 couches throughout the home could accommodate a few more. The arrangements are as follows: \-Master Bedroom (King bed) on main floor with private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower \-Guest Bedroom #1 (King bed) also on main floor with attached full bathroom \-Guest Bedroom #2 (Queen bed) on second floor with attached full bathroom \-Guest Bedroom #3 (Full bed) on second floor with attached full bathroom.
