Summary:  
Welcome to our centrally located property, just a short walk from The Ohio State University campus! This comfortably furnished space offers easy access to a multitude of attractions, including the bustling High Street with its various dining and entertainment options. Additionally, being conveniently situated just north of the campus, you'll love the convenience of staying here during game day weekends, especially as the Buckeyes kickoff their football season!  
  
The Space:  
This 5 bed, 2 bath unit was meant to host your next gameday watch party. A full service property that is great for entertaining and will allow you to sleep comfortably at night with our 5 spacious beds. Enjoy the games available or experience everything Buckeye Country has to offer with just a short walk to the center of Ohio State's campus!  
  
Guest Access:  
There is a lockbox with a key for you to easily access your unit when checking in and out.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (.5 mile) and Ohio State campus are all right around the corner.  
  
Getting Around:  
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

- ![The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899.  
Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils.  
The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus.
