Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: great staff
Cons: have a grab and go breakfast bag for those people who have to leave early for flights.
the only negative was that we were told there would be grab and go breakfast bags at 5am since we had to leave for an early flight and when we left, we were told by someone else at the reception desk that there is no such thing.

Nice hotel and better than expected

Pros: Indoor pool, continental breakfast free, and tea/coffee offered in the lobby.
Cons: Restaurant guide in the room with places that deliver there and a guide in room to what channels are what.
Location: Not too much very close except some restaurants, but other places, shopping, etc. were not too far away.
The room was larger than expected and offered more than expected like 2 TVs and a sitting area with refrigerator, microwave and sink. Clean. comfortable with hospitable staff.

Business Trip

Service at desk was very good. No heat in room first night. No renovations in hotel for some time. Looked very dated. Breakfast although free was not very good.

Pros: the room was so comforable
Cons: just check on your machines the ice machine didnt work on the 2nd floor but it wasnt a big deal.
Location: easton mall
the room met all of my needs two flat screen tv's a sitting area the pool was nice

A mini vacation at Marriott Springhill!

We chose this hotel because of the closeness to the Chiller ice rink and the value.. The continental breakfast was just what we needed after a good nights sleep on one of the most comfy beds I have slept on. Check in was very easy and the staff was more than helpful at all times. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff was okay but looked like they were understaffed for amount of people staying there. Shuttle driver to airport was extremely nice. Russian guy do not know his name.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only downside for me was because I was flying out so early, I missed the continental breakfast, but they did offer me a cup of coffee.
