There is a ghost story attached to the mansion stating that Jeffrey hung himself in his home before granting the city rights to his property. The pictures don’t say enough about this property. The house was very clean and has a very charming decor. The host was excellent with supplying all of the needed information for our stay and we greatly appreciated the 11:00 check out. The backyard was very cozy and inviting and we were welcomed by the beauty of a deer in the backyard when we arrived. The neighborhood was very peaceful. My family really enjoyed our stay and my kids requested I be sure to remember this house for another stay.

Lovely place

The house was lovely inside and had the right amount of rooms & beds for our family. We enjoyed playing the large Connect Four & Tic Tac Toe games. More TV's in house would have been nice. Also, having aluminum foil, cooking spray, zip bags, would have been nice. We had to go to the store and purchase. The grill was not clean, which is why foil was needed. Check in/out was easy.

I booked this home for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The hosts were so kind and accommodating—they even allowed me to check in early, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space was spotless, beautifully kept, and had plenty of room for all of my friends and family to stay comfortably. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. I truly appreciate how smooth and welcoming the entire experience was. I would absolutely book again—thank you for helping make my birthday extra special!

Nice home, big & spacious only con is that there is only 1 tv in the home, kitchen had cooking supplies, the main floor was decent size kitchen was a bit small but overall nice, beautiful rooms all decorated beautifully, the master was very nice but the 3rd floor was connected to it, that’s what I didn’t like, entry was very easy host gave the entry code the morning of the booking, outback & the front porch were also nice! I highly recommend this property to anyone could fit multiple guests if needed.

Very clean & tidy! Nicely appointed house: lots of couch seating, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, good sized bedrooms with closets, and a big backyard with lots of outdoor seating. Upstairs bathroom is little tight for space, but downstairs bathroom is more spacious. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers!

Just what we needed

This house was conveniently located and very clean! The host was responsive and kind. We loved the added feature of having the walking paths and park adjacent to the property- it was perfect for us and our dogs! We visited in February but the outdoor space looked like it would be very nice in warmer months too.

Cute!!!

This VRBO has been tastefully decorated. It comfortably accommodated our group of 12. We were there to attend the OSHP Academy Graduation, and the location was perfect. There was an issue with one of the outside steps. The host was quick to respond to my message, and the repair was made in no time. I highly recommend!
